Given that you’re your shirt is a bespoke item, it has to be designed packaged and then sent by registered post to the destination of your choice around the world. In most cases within Europe, delivery times are between 7-10 working days. However, Postal delivery times in different counties can vary and are outside of our control. So we ask all customers to allow 21 working days from date of order for your Polo Shirt to arrive.

We want all our customers to be happy with their chosen product. If for whatever reason, your shirt is delivered to you with the wrong detailing that you chose at point of purchase, GAASTARS.COM will not only provide you with a FULL refund but will also send you your shirt with the correct detailing FREE OF CHARGE. Note that all our products are quality controlled checked prior to leaving our warehouse.
We at GAASTARS.COM offers a refund policy on the price paid of each non-personalised shirt only. This is on the basis that the Polo Shirt has not been worn and still has the original GAASTARS label attached to the shirt. Any returned shirt must be returned to us via a recorded delivery service within 7 days of receipt of your item. GAASTARS.COM has a re-stocking fee of €10.00 per garment that will be deducted from the price you paid for your Polo Shirt. We do not refund any postage costs. GAASTARS.COM will ensure all refunds less the re-stocking fee of €10.00 is refunded back to you via your method of payment within 7 days of receipt of your returned item. We do not offer any refund on personalised Polo Shirts.
